These here be busy days!...We just had our Synergy arts conference here in Stockholm at New Life, with people from the world of danse, fashion design, magazine editors, film producers, club event organizers, lighting and sound people, musicians, authors och så vidare...It was brillant, as the Irish say!...Magnifique...Enastående...Bellissimo...Support, hope, encouragement to go out and pursue your artistic--or other--dreams, bringing hope to this society as those who express the soul of the culture...Met some great people in -between the sessions and swinging brooms and hauling chairs with my work-teams...You guys did such a fantastic job: Arvid, Jordana, Teresa, Ike, Hanna my leaders with your Fun-by-the-Kilo teams, keeping the Big Machine groovin' on!...Allan, Marient, Linnea, John, Mattias my mates on the committee!...Those of you who visit this page from the arts or from New Life or both: know that you are loved and appreciated and not alone in your project to bring hope and beauty to this wounded society, we are with you, too...Maybe you're in Århus, Huset, Oslo, Örebro, Billings, Malmö, Chicago, Skellefteå, Umeå, Göteborg, maybe you wear Björn Borg, Annecy, Fillinges, Geneva, Lyon, Paris, London, Zwolle, Köpenhamn, Zinkensdam, Hornstull, Skanstull, Power-Tool....We are with you!...

Claire is here to visit for a week!...With Laura in Gallerian with a group of still, silent friends locked inside the store...
We always like to do the CD-shop tour...Record Hunter, Atlas, Runt runt, Marquee, Wasa Skivor, Pet Sounds...She brought home 2 Garbages, I got an early Björk and an EST...Lattés at SoFo Café on Skånegatan, Café String was too, er, noisy...We could just live in Pet Sounds, listen to music, read books!...Didn't do Kulturhuset-Sergels-Hamngatan this time (Claire's fave part of the city), that will be for Christmas break...
 

Here comes the snow...

November 1, 2006...Scattered snowfall in the morning, do I put on the snow-tires today?...OK, let's do it, the yearly ritual...Sun comes out, snow melts away on the asphalt, oh well...Big mama snowstorm whirls down from Northern Finland, flash-freezing the roads, catching everyone off guard...Took 1:30 to creep 400m on the E18 toward our cell-group party at 6:30, which we arrived at by 9:00, after driving backwards down the shoulder to the previous exit and taking a train in...I do love snow, though! Everywhere off the motorways was white peacefulness!...Let's hear it for Saab and Gislaved NordFrost tires!...
