Did you ever find your kitchen utensils smiling back at you?...I mean, in broad daylight when you're wide awake and in your right mind..This face met me as I was putting away the pan the other day, I kid you not!...Sure, it's not the face of the Blessed Virgin nor even John Lennon, but does have that "70s Smile" motif...So, Mr. Happy Smiley Pan says "Hello! Me Happy Smiling Pan! Happy fun joy to all!"...I couldn't have said it better: Happy day to you!...

Looks like spring may be here, if so, it's early, thought I'd get in one or two more snow-shoe outings in before...But hey! Who can really complain?...Going to Malmö for a conference this weekend with many others desiring to see God spread His Kingdom across Scandinavia...On dry roads, so I took off the steel-spiked winter tires since I prefer the asphalt to stay on the road and not in the lungs of the driver behind me, where the tussilago flowers can grow along the roadway, already peeking out...We will cross Öresundsbron to Köpenhamn on Sunday to be with African brothers and sisters in worship in that great city...Bridge a hyphen between two cities, two lands...Building bridges is what we're about, in a way..."Strait" to my neighbor, across chasms and gaps and separation and barriers, making contact, meeting people in their world...
So midnight blue Saab 900 named "Svea" with 4 friends is off down the E4...

Yes, I am still out here, though it has been one busy month-almost-since I laid down any thoughts/news/stuff here...Although I have no illusions, I know most are out on myspace these days rather than these good ol' blogs "that are so...uh...2005!"...Don't know if I'll do that, but I like going there to visit friends of friends of friends and listen to their music-waiting-to-be-discovered...To you who come here still, we'll do some more hanging and reflecting på saker och ting, men det här är liksom en sorts mysigt väntrum tills vi hinner möta varann ansikte mot ansikte på något trevligt ställe i vår stad eller min, alors nous aurons une belle occasion d'échanger de fraîches nouvelles autour d'un double macchiato de chez Mellqvist ou bien Copacabana et parler de l'avenir, n'est-ce pas?
